My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the cooking school. It is a very laid back environment, and somewhat hands on. Simple recipes and nothing was too detailed. This was a great way to to learn some basic dishes, be with great people, and eat a delicious meal at a great price. With recommend it. More

Just came back from the cookery experience and very happy we were with it. I read the previous reviews so had a good feeling of what to expect. As others have said you prepare 4 courses - don't bother having breakfast! Pizza, pasta, fish and tiramisu. It's a very relaxed environment giving you time to get to know each other.... More

We truly enjoyed our day at the Esperidi resort cooking school. We learned to make four different courses. The chef and translator were both fantastic. Highly recommend. More

My husband and I live in Italy but haven't learned to cook pasta (shame!) so when we took a short vacation down to Sorrento, we jumped at the chance to take this class. We weren't staying at the hotel/resort where the school is; our hotel recommended it to us. It was a great morning and we both loved it. The... More

Having taken similar cooking classes in New York, I enjoyed my Sorrento experience much more. It was more hands-on, and the instructor (Mina and interpreter Monica) were a delight, they obviously enjoyed teaching. I haven't tried the recipes at home yet, but am keen to at my next party. More

This class was one of the highlights of our 12 trip to Italy. We made a wonderful menu of pizza, calzones, pasta sauce, homemade ravioli & pasta, baked sea bass w/potatoes, tiramisu and a lemon puff dessert. Every recipe was easy to execute and DELICIOUS to eat!!! Since returning from the trip I have made the entire menu a few... More

I was getting discouraged after getting prices ranging from €150-250/person for cooking classes. I had almost given up until I stumbled onto the Sorrento Cooking School at Esperidi resort. For €60/person (cash only) my husband and I were able to enjoy a four hour cooking class in a beautiful and clean setting. The class was taught by an Italian chef... More

The kitchen is a bright, modern facility on the outskirts of Sorrento (in Sant Agnello). The menu consisted of homemade Ravioli, deep fried pizza (delicious), fish on a bed of potatos and Tirimsui for dessert. It was only 3 hours long so some of the preparations were pre done. However, there wasn't anything on the menu that could not easily... More
