Before heading to Roma, a friend and had decided that we would be interested in a cooking class during our stay. We found Fabio easily, and the reviews are favorable. The booking process was easy, and we did request to have Fabio specifically as our mentor. We arrived at the meeting place five minutes late. Everyone was gone. There was... More

I would give anything if we had done this cooking class first, instead of last, on our week long Rome Vacation. Fabio owns a restaurant that he will take you to for dessert and drinks after the cooking classes are over. The restaurant is called "THAT'S AMORE". I fully expected to eat lots of great food while in Italy, and... More

Great thing to experience. If you like cooking, meeting people and you like Italian coulture it's a perfect place. We were lucky to have all the guys taking care of us Fabio, Monica, Virginia - great people with a lot of passion for what they do. We really liked it. Guys, you do great job. Thanks for the time! Best... More

A great day shopping in the market and turning the produce into a beautiful lunch. Fabio and the girls ran a very informative hands on class , the pasta making was a highlight. I have made gnocci since I've been home and it is a winner with my family. Thank you for the fun day and beautiful lunch.

My husband and I had a great time during our cooking class. The class was fun, Fabio and Virginia were great teachers and the food was great. We loved the food so much that we went to the chef's restaurant, That's Amore for dinner that night.

My soon-to-be-fiance and I had a blast with Fabio, Monica and Virginia! I was the one really interested in the cooking experience and my partner was willing to come along to please me. (Good move on his part!) The great thing was that Fabio and his chefs made the experience so fun and engaging that he enjoyed the whole experience... More

For my wife Jessie's 30th birthday I surprised her with a trip to Italy, and on her birthday, a cooking class with Chef Fabio in Rome. Jessie absolutely loved this class (as did I). Chef Fabio and his assistants, Virginia and Monica could not have been more accommodating and fun to learn from. They made everything so easy to learn,... More

I had an amazing cooking course with Chef Monica today in Mazzano which is a picturesque village right out of the Middle Ages history books, with narrow streets, jumbles of rooftops, flower boxes spilling out of windows and quaint butcher and grocery stores. Monica is a delightful person and she simplifies the seemingly scary task of making pasta. I will... More

This cooking course was absolutely brilliant! Monica took us around the market, fantastic tour, and explained varieties of vegetable I had never seen before, I shopped there every day after that. Pasta making is now breeze and I can knock up a homemade ravioli dish in no time , as well as gnocci with the most amazing sauce. Igor and... More
