Discover the culinary highlights of this vastly underrated region with Flavor of Italy in our gourmet kitchen. At each class we prepare many dishes including homemade pastas, risottos, gnocchi, fish & meat dishes, wonderful vegetables and mouth watering desserts! We decide on what to cook based on what's fresh in the market, along with any input you've given us on your wish list of what you'd like to learn! I'm a novice chef but an expert eater and thought this would be a great opportunity to improve my cooking skills while still "feeding" my passion. It turned out to be a wonderful day away from the hustle & bustle of Roma. After meeting (15 minute cab ride from St. Peter's) and having a cafe with Wendy, we walked to... More

An excellent way to spend a day when in rome, Wendy is a great cook and teacher. My wife and I spent a day with her that was a real highlight in our trip. We learned so much that we were able to bring back with us! More

Wendy our teacher and guide, was very helpful and generous with her time.... More

My family of four with two teenage daughters had an awesome time learning to cook Italian style under the skilled supervision of Wendy Holloway. She engaged the girls right away and got us all cooking... the food was awesome, the experience was awesome and we're already making the dishes we learned back home. We'll be back! More

My 15 year old daughter and I spent a day learning to cook a range of Italian dishes. The owner, Wendy met us at a local market where we bought the freshest ingredients. She then drove us out to her place, about 20 mins from Rome where we were taught how to make a wide range of dishes which we... More
