The Church is dedicated to St. Francis Xavier and St. Ignatius, the two Jesuit saints. This is a special place for anyone with a Jesuit education or family tradition. Beautifully maintained art and sculpture but the spirituality is the greatest attraction.

After seeing many, many churches throughout Europe it takes a lot to make one stand out in my mind and this one does. It was beautiful and moving, which was amplified by the organist playing in the background, the multitude of chairs to rest your tired, traveling feet and an inside haven from the rain. Would definitely recommend a stop...

This is a stunning church with beautiful interiors was the first Jesuit church to be built in Rome.
It feature a very distinctive baroque style with a clear and ominous message to all non-Catholics in Rome, whereas Catholics are promised to go straight to heaven.
Either way, this is a truly beautiful church.
