We read trip advisor review and walked from Vernazza to Monterosso and it was awesome it took us 1 hour and a half, we also did the short Riomaggiore to Manarola trek which was extremely easy perfect for everyone, the other track was steep and narrow in parts with quite a few rough steps and patches, highly recommend both and... Every time I travel, specially I am amaze by art of nature. How powerful it is and how beautiful it is. All Cinque terre villages are special and it should be for everyone one of sights you should see and feel before you die! More

A short easy walk between Riomaggio and Manarola. Bring a "lock" with you to add to the collection along the walls of the walk. Breathtaking views. Stop at the Bar dell'Amore on the walk for some wine an Buchetta. More

Great easy walk by the ocean, between the village of Riomaggiore and Manarola, 2 fantastic villages in cinque terre. about 30 minutes walk on a wooden platform, great view, and even a cafe on the way to sit and enjoy the atmosphere More

The Via dell'Amore was the only path open for visits from all Cinque terre, the rest were closed because of the floods that occured in the area last year. i didn't know this happened when i planned the trip there, even tough i searched some informations about the place on the internet. This is by far the easiest bit of the 5 terre trail, not crowded in October, and flanked by fab cafes with amazing views. We thought the proliferation of padlocks a bit tacky, and there's lots of graffiti (some hilarious), but the real attraction is the cliffs&views westward.
