The Borromeo palace has a limited number of rooms open to the public, but unique, especially the stone grotto rooms. Also wonderful Flemish unicorn tapestries, with vibrant colors. Well worth a visit. More

Isola Bella & Isola Madre deserve a whole day to fully appreciate them. The gardens on both islands are superb. The friendly white peacocks on Isola Bella are not to be missed. More

The islands are impressive to see but all the shops on the island are the same. Its priced right to take a boat there but when you on Bella island you must pay again to go into the museum and garden. More
