Your kids will surely enjoy the Museum - there are labs where you can touch things and experiment, but you will also find the Museum quite interesting. There are sections dedicated to various sciences, there is a section with Leonardo da Vinci's inventions. There are real trains and other type of transport. And the musical instruments. And the various clocks.... More

I recently took part with my children (5 & 6) to 2 activity Labs of this Museum: "Bolle di Sapone" and "Alla scoperta dei segreti del Capitano" (the lattest being, I was brought to think, a brand new entry). The whole family got a lot of fun while learning something useful and pleasant... Thanks to MUST and his representative Mr... More

This unique museum offers scale models of most of DaVinci's drawings. While the models are not created by DaVinci they are true to his drawings. If you are thre during one of the special tours you can see the models in actual operation. More

We'd heard it was very interesting, even for non "techies" We were bowled over. It is absolutely fascinating. From actual models made from Da Vinci's own drawings, to a real (yes, real), full-sized submarine, the place is jam-packed with artefacts and the latest innovations. A real eye-opener, with something for everyone. More

The museum is housed in a vast old building to the south of the city centre. The easiest way to get in is to get the metro to S Ambrogio and to turn right as you come out of the station. The back entrance of the museum is 100 yards away. It'll otherwise take you 15 minutes to get to... More

I really enjoyed the Leonardo displays and interactive exhibits. If anybody knows how they got that big boat into the outdoor hall I'd really like to know! More
