after paying the ticket, which is 10 euros, i entered the first section of the museum, which entirely consists of laboratories and workshops for kids (closed at the time of my afternoon visit on a working day). This unique museum offers scale models of most of DaVinci's drawings. While the models are not created by DaVinci they are true to his drawings. If you are thre during one of the special tours you can see the models in actual operation. More

We'd heard it was very interesting, even for non "techies" We were bowled over. It is absolutely fascinating. From actual models made from Da Vinci's own drawings, to a real (yes, real), full-sized submarine, the place is jam-packed with artefacts and the latest innovations. I really enjoyed the Leonardo displays and interactive exhibits. If anybody knows how they got that big boat into the outdoor hall I'd really like to know! More

Couldn't get ticket to The Last Supper??? This is just walking distance from that. Nothing really amazing but better than nothing if you've travelled all the way. More
