This place is quiet, worth to visit. After two days of hectic walking in Venice, visit San Michele was peaceful, really different experience. More

San Michele began being used as a cemetery island when space in Venice became impossible. It is one of the most peaceful places in Venice and above... More

The cemetery is very pretty with lovely statues and trees spotted around the place. However, just be mindful that there are people there to visit the graves of loved ones so behave accordingly.
