We were looking forward to the Jewish Museum and especially the tour of the Venice Ghetto and synagogues that have a rich and fascinating history. Unfortunately our tour guide was awful. She seemed bored and disinterested and was more concerned that we didn't touch anything or take any pictures. If I had known how mediocre the experience would be I... More

So you pay 8.5 Euro for a tour of the 5 synagogues and entry to the museum, but it turns out you can only see 3 of the synagogues because the others are closed or in use. Ok. The guide was abrupt, didn't seem that knowledgeable, and when the tour was over (which we didn't know because we thought we... More

This museum is small and lovely. Every visit comes with a tour of three synagogues and a lovely guide. This is a part of history that should be remembered. More

We took the English tour and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to visit the old synagogues and learn more about the history and culture in Venice. The tour was an absolutely worthwhile addition to the museum visit. More

It is fascinating and fun to walk in this area. Unfortunately the people in this museum are very rude and we were even pushed out of the synagogue by the guide because we arrived too late for the tour. Such a pity! More

Often overlooked in many guidebooks, the role of the Jewish community in Venice is historically important and fascinating. History buffs will love the tour. More

The tour of the JEwish Ghetto is fantastic. It is a small group and you see the synagogues and the neighborhood. It is truly worth your time. The guides are great and it gets you away from the crowds of San Marco More

This is a good little museum. If you care about the cost, you can't fault 3 euro. The exhibits are small, but they are in both Italian and English are very informative. If you care anything about history, this is worth visiting. More

Unique place in the world: you can visit 3 synagogues in the same square with very kind guides, for few money (Canton, Spanish and German). Sometimes in the museum there's a temporary exhibition, moreover the permanent exhibition with many art object of Jewish culture. At the moment is in repair (fortunately!) More
