very nice square.Historical buildings,many cafe and restaurants.The square's most ancient monument is the fountain, surmounted by a statue called Madonna Verona, which is however a Roman sculpture dating to 380 AD.

You can buy a lot of nice gifts here. The market is just lovely and it is nice to sit at one of the restaurants and enjoy a glass of wine.

Just sit on a terrace and take an espresso or a Spritz (white wine, water and aperol) so you can pretend to be Italian and, watch the theatre of live passing...I cannot get enough of it.

Great piazza with many cafes. During the day it is a fruit and vegetable market--great place to grab a quick breakfast. You can also get souvenirs in many of the stalls. There is a fountain in the center that dates to the 14th century. The pillar at one end has a Chimera(lion) on top showing that Verona was ruled by...
