I lived in La Maddalena from the summer of 2004 to the summer of 2006. I literally cried when I had to move. This little city is a wonderful family town, a place where you don't have to worry about your child getting kidnapped or stolen. The summers are beyond gorgeous, but it gets very busy with all the tourism....
