We normally don't like doing coach tours and going with the masses, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on this tour! It was an early start and meeting point was near the train station and then all on board a coach for the tour! Our tour guide, Antonella, was great! She was speaking 3 languages throughout the tour and was very... More

The whole Tuscan countryide sitting inside the Florence / San Gimiliano / Sienna complex is beautiful and surprisingly compact - i.e. in two days driving, you will have seen it all (ignoring extra time you would need to explore the bigger cities properly). Also visited the Poggio Amorelli winery and had a beautiful simple Tuscan meal with amazing Olive Oil... More

11 hour tour. Informative, breathtaking & delicious. wear walking shoes and arrive hungry. Tour guide, Becky is smart, funny and knows her history. Great way to see the Chianti Region of Italy, not to mention Siena & Pisa. A must see! More

I had 12 bottles of Chianti Classico delivred home. I been told that with 11 euros by bottle for delivred nothing more had to be paid. Surprise it cost me $226.00 CDN in taxes and permit to get the 12 bottles. The winery was suppose to pay me back the overcharge with the proof of documents. After sending those documents... More

We booked with Florence and tuscany tours.com for a tour to see the vasari corridor over the Uffizi art gallery, it was confirmed over the telephone on the day ,we were met exactly on time outside the Uffizzi at a pre arranged area by two guides, when inside, no queing, it was arranged to go straight inside. The tours only... More

While visiting this winery they overcharged us by a substantive amount and refused to respond to any inquiries to correct matters. More

Convenient and fun overview of the region. We enjoyed Siena's Campo and imagining the Palio being run. We also enjoyed our visit to Poggio Amorelli and tasting their fine wines, olive oil, cheese and salami. And, finally our visit to San Gimignano was a beautiful treat. What a wonderful overview in a day. Our guide Paula was thoughtful and very... More

The tour group was 25 people plus....The guide was good..if you could hear her on your headset (I had 3 different headsets and none of them worked)...the problem as I see it was moving 25 people through the museum, she would be at the head of the group and I may be at the back...by the time I got into... I did the E 7-A tour which covered San Gimignano, Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano. For EUR 56.00, it was by far the most outstanding value-for-money package that I've come across so far. The tour started at 0845 and took us back to Florence at 2130! A very long day but thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide was Guilio, who was very informative... More

My wife and I were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and decided come to Italy. Boy did we hit the jackpot, what an awesome trip it was Florence and Tuscany were our highlight by far, not to say Venice & Rome weren't great too, but hands down the Tuscany region wins our vote. Our favorite thing was the wine tasting... More
