We went into the Baptistry as part of our ticket (you can buy combination entery tickets to go into 2, 3 or all of the seites in the Cathedral square excpet for the Leaning Tower which is its own ticket). What a little gem this is. A small admission charge gets you access to the Bapistry in Pisa, or you can buy a combined tickets to include other nearby attractions.
