We enjoyed tasting and learning about Tuscan wine, olive oil and chocolate. There are tastings of some great wines accompanied by various food. Johanna was knowledgable and entertaining, you'll will be be well armed with knowledge about DOCG, DOC, etc as well as the super Tuscans

I went to the Tuscan wine school yesterday for the 4-6pm wine class....it was more than I could have hoped for. From the second I entered I was greeted and felt very welcome. Sat down had a great presentation on wine and of the geographical areas. Our presenter (Jamie..Spelling?) was very helpful and encouraged the class to ask questions on... More

They certainly don't scrimp on the wines you are tasting either; serving full glasses of the best quality wine. There were quite a few signed up but my wife and I were the only ones to show up so we ended up getting a private class. Probably not typical, but we got lucky and really enjoyed the flexibility of asking... More

Their knowledge is outstanding! They made our trip so enjoyable. I learned so much about wine, food, and Italian traditions & culture. We were able to sample multiple wines, olive oils, balsalmic, honey, and the best home made chocolate I have ever tasted!! If you go to Sienna you HAVE to visit them for atleast one class. I took their... More

My husband and I just spent a wonderful 2 hrs. with Rebecca Wine last week in Siena. It was a highlight of our trip. What's not to like about sitting and talking with Rebecca and drinking 6 different wines from the region? Slide show, maps, wine mat for taking notes, cheese, bread and chocolate were all part of her class.... More

We attended the Savour Siena tour with Rebecca and really enjoyed it. It was great to walk a bit of the town and see some family owned businesses. We tasted and learned about foods that are part of Siena's history, as well as get an appreciation for balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. We got to see a wheel... More

My daughter & I took the Savory In Siena class after reading about it on Trip Advisor. It was great fun, we had Johanna, who is from the States. She was very informative and personable. We tried food that we never would have. My daughter is in college in Florence and she felt very comfortable asking questions. We would recommend... More

We had the afternoon Tuscan wine class with Joanna. It was great. Very informative but really relaxed and her knowledge of Italian culture and wine history was excellent. We can highly recommend this if you are in Siena.
