We were looking for a relaxing break during our travels so we went to the Sensoriali spa for half a day. The language barrier is big here if you do not speak Italian. The shower and changing room areas were very minimal (four private showers in a coed area apart from changing rooms) and of insufficient size for the business...

This was a great way to take a day off from wining and dining our way around Tuscany. We were the ONLY English speaking people there and we had a few language barrier issues that were resolved with some humor and sign language. :) We went during a weekday morning and it was pretty dead. I went to the baths on a Sunday to celebrate a friend's birthday. The facilities are clean and modern and fun, with many different treatments. We bought an entrance for 4 hours, and this was just enough time to do pretty much all treatments available: various pools and saunas, mud treatment, and several new-agey "treatments" that employ music or smell...
