The museum is in a 14th century Palazzo. This is a museum which showcases Sienese Art . The ground floor has a paydesk and a small assortment of souvenirs. Unfortunately the museum is not user friendly: if the rooms containing works are not closed for strikes, renovations, or missing personell, then you will be able to take a complete tour of the museum.
