Picturesque place, no admittance. It's very busy in summer and a good place to do some people watching. You can overview the whole old town of berne, the aare river included. It's quite a steep walk up from the Bärengraben but worth it. At night, it's not the safest place to stay. More

The garden was beautiful with large grass areas. We packed a picnic and had a nice lunch in the garden. There are a lot of different colored roses and other plants. But the best part is the amazing view of Bern Alt Stadt. More
