we stayed in switerland for 3 weeks and this was one of the best highlights. we reserved one day in advance and got a private tour of the chocolatier with am amazing chef, he spoke good english and explained everything in detail. we also got free bags of chocolate for each at the end. we payed 20 francs per person... Today I took a tour of the Stettler factory on avenue blanc. It's not huge (more like one big room), but the demonstration is very cool, and you get to sample amazing chocolate! I went for a tour with my partner - for 25 Swiss Francs each we had an hour tour with demonstrations and tasters along the way.
