This time we enjoyed the Japanese drawings from No Theatre themes. Interesting subject and material but very poorly presented and in an order which to us defied logic. The permanent exhibits are probably for those who devour the specific subjects, but again, poorly presented and documented. Service in the restaurant is very poor and uncoordinated. More

Sorry - I am not the greatest museum fan but the most interesting part about this place was how it looks from the outside. Bored to tears, nothing to recommend it. Seemed to me a museum for the sake of opening a museum - but then maybe I am simply not very culturally educated..... Oh! And we ALMOST lost our... More

The building itself from the outside isn't much to write home about other the tower. Inside ensure you take the audio tour as the paintings don't all have notes explaining what they are. The audio tour itself is very good quality and gives a thorough description of the paintings and sculptures on show. Overall some good collections , nice exhibitions... More

The building is very impressive. We liked especially the modern art and the wall paintings. Moreover, there is a very nice museum shop. More

We are sorry, always had our hopes on a visit to the Bonnefanten, but their expositions are not neat, unexplanable and not comprehensible. For a warm Dutch museum visitor I was disappointed More

Spent Sunday morning admiring this gallery within a gallery; the magnificance of the sound and shape of the Sol LeWitt's spiral within the dome of the building (the cupola) which was extended in the main museum by the huge extended drawings of Robert Mangold, Bruce Nauman, Richard Serra , then the intricate Van Herck collection consisting of fifty 17th terracotas...
