Diamonds, everywhere! Well, what would you expect?
The museum is great - lots of jewels, all different shapes, sizes, colours. There's a historical point of view in there too - how they are made, how they are graded, why Amsterdam is so famous for them; plus information on the most famous ones found and made.
The shop is huge too...

What I find poorly curated and exhibited. The "pathway" was made in a way that made it crowed even though there barley were a dousin visitors. The displays were a bit short in information.
The extent of replicas should have been stated in the flyers≺ one of our travelcompanions wanted to go here, but was sorely disappointed when she realized...

It's the halfway between Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. Free entrance for Amsterdam Card.

They show rebuilt crown jewels of different nations around the world. With the ticket you can also get access to the diamont factory next door. There you will...

A lovely, interesting and beautiful place to visit! Loved to see the process in the making and all the crown jewels etc.
It was amazing to think that they start off so big and end up 1/3 the size, but so beautiful. It was a shame we couldn't see a cutter in action.
I was quite surprised that they sold...
