Gassan have some truly amazing diamonds that are so bling it takes your breath away. Our guide was very informative and showed us different diamonds with one worth 52,000 euros! We went as part of the city tour bus group so had a set time to leave but if you go on your own you'll be able to purchase some... More

We wanted to go as very interested in diamonds and having picked up details of the tour thought it would be good to go so booked on-line before leaving the UK. How wrong were were instead of a 1hour long experience we got approx 15 minutes with a 'guide' of which 10 was spent trying to sell lavish diamond creations... More

Of course you love to see Diamonds and you can try them on but let's face it. It is not like you buy a Diamond every day or specially on a Touristic tour. This one was included in the One hour and 1/2 tour while going through the most important places in Amsterdam by bus. It is OK to be... More

Visited here on the recommendation of LP guide book which states that the tour is the best of its kind in Amsterdam ! Frankly, it was a little disappointing. You get to see diamonds in their raw state and cut diamonds being polished. Then you are given information about the different colours, cut, carat and clarity whilst being shown various trays... More

We actually visited in November 2010 but there was no option for that under "When did you visit?" I believe that the general description of the "tour" in other reviews is accurate -- i.e., it's really a sales pitch. Afterwards, my husband bought me a beautiful emerald and diamond ring -- one one of the emeralds recently fell out. I... More

This is a bit of a waste of time, unless you have an unhealthy interest in diamonds. It was so boring!!! Yes the tour was free as part of the city bus tour, but it wasted like 1-1h 30 of my time (waiting for the next city bus to pick us up) More

This free tour was included on our Hop On Hop Off Bus & Canal tour. No wonder it 's free, I didn't enjoy this at all. The only highlight of this tour was the gift shop at the end which sold a lot of lovely Delft that we bought. People were hardly going to purchase diamonds!!!!! More

My wife and I wanted to visit a diamond 'factory' whilst in Amsterdam. We saw Gassan on the map so on a cold Sunday morning we searched it out on foot. When we arrived we wandered into reception, where the sign says announce yourself for a free tour. After doing this we were given a coloured sticker and directed to... More
