What an amazing time. Learning about the cheeses was one of the highlights of my trip - and it's do useful in holland!! I found some really interesting cheeses I liked too. And for only 10 euro for lots of cheese and a glass of port wine, you can't find a better deal anywhere else in Amsterdam. Highly recommended. More
