Looks impressive and has a great atmosphere but queueing to collect tickets and get in is badly organised, much worse in the away section as well I am told.

It's easy to go there by metro ( number 54 ) and by bus ( number 300). We went there at around 11 am and joined a one-hour guided tour. The normal price is 12 €; but 9 € for "I amsterdam card". You will be able to enter the stadium and even to the ground of the field.

Home to the legendary Ajax football club, this stadium is unlike any other football stadium in the world. Its a great stadium and a must visit for any football fan. It also hosts a number of music concerts and events in Amsterdam. It is easily accessible with the local trains.

We had a conference there and were shown the stadium facilities in a break. Really exciting to see it for real and when empty. You see so much more than when there are 40.000 screaming fans.

this great stadium was built in the 90ess. It is still a very impressive construction with a folding roof. Located in the infamous Amsterdam Zuid-oost. Watch for hooligans when going to see a football game.

Of course you can't be visiting amsterdam and not visit the arena of the the great Ajax club. The tour was nice but it was below our expectations. may be bcoz our tour guide had poor information. But overall visiting this arena was a good experience.
