See my review of Volendam. Same goes for this tour which was combined with V-dam. Fun and tacky but glad we did it. Pretty town and local eats. Also you will see the windmills here. A good tour guide also adds to the fun! More

There are lots of places serving fresh sea food to eat. Great place to spent hour and two near sea shore. And take boat ride to Vollendam. More

Came over to Marken on the boat from Volendam and stayed for about 2 and 1/2hrs. Walked to around the village, which has some nice fishermens houses.
