The cubes are the greatest landmark off Rotterdam, but the show-cube is really nothing special (cheap though) and can be skipped. More

We stumbled across these on our first day in Rotterdam. They look impossible from the outside. Once inside however, there is a comfortable apartment. Sure breaks the mould of property design and the idea of how apartment blocks should look like. More
