Firstly, let me start by saying I am not a museum person, But I LOVE Escher's work, so really enjoyed the exhibition. It was amazing the number of works on display. They allowed you to take photos, as long as you didn't use a flash. More

The museum shows the life and work of Maurice Esscher a graphic designer, known for his impossible drawings and transformations. Situated in the Palace of Queen Emma a trip worth for some oows and aws. takes 90-120 minutes to go through the exhibition. More

A small museum about Escher works. Before visiting this museum I was aware the importance of litograph as a form art. Very interesting and educating museum worth to visit. More

If you love Escher, as I do, this is the place! Complete exhibition, with all comments about his pictures and techniques. Also some interactive effects. Nice building, that was once a Royal house - you find also explanations about the rooms. More

Whenever you are in the Hague, don't miss this extraordinary museum. Not only is it set in a genuine palace (queen Emma used it as her winterpalace from 1901-1934 and 4 queens as their business offices), but you can not only see amazing woodcuts and lithographs, but also do several things. I you love Escher's work, or never heard of him, but you do like to visit the former Winterpalace of queen Emma..... than you get a treath of both. The work from Escher, his life storie. You have seen a lot of Van Gogh already, but Escher is lesser known. An unjustice - on my mind. He and Vermeer (though very different) are of the most interesting painters of Holland. More
