I was walking through this monument when I came across the entrance to the Royal military and armed forces museum (not sure of the name)...the entrance was FREE so I went in and WOW !! This museum shows all the artillery, vehicles, planes, equipment and uniforms used in the world wars. Take a walk thru what an underground bunker must... More

No facilities here, but beyond the arches is a large fountain, the Auto and Military Museums. The Park is regularly used throughout the summer for expos - worth to stop by is you're cycling around the city. More

Very nice park in the middle of the EU quarter. It also has a very nice sandy park to go with children from age one or younger. More

even though you are right on top of a busy road way it is so quiet there is a fountain on one side and a garden area on the other. the arch itself is stunning and when you look into the curved area you see pictures painted on the background. we went to the military museum but never had the... More

This park is named after the imposng monument built in 1880 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Belgium as an independent country. Cinquante means fifty in French. On one side of the park you have the Museum of Art and History and on the other side the Museum of the Army and Military History. The park is nice for walks... More

This is a quiet haven in Brussels. You can walk up the monument through the museum of martial arts, offering a great view over brussels. The museum is free btw More

Although just a small park, it's gorgeous in the Autumn when surrounded by leaves, and walking through the arch is always breathtaking. More
