We had had good time, sights and service with other hop-on, hop-off buses in the past. We were on very limited time scale and thought this would be the best bet. It cost ERO$23 per person with headphones that did not work properly and we had mixded messages of the comentry. We got off at the palace and had a... More

We have done similar "hop on, hop off" tours in London and Chicago and were quite pleased. But this was a disappointment in numerous ways. First, a place to plug in one's headphones is not available for every seat. Second, the English speaker (a woman) speaks extremely quickly. Moreover, the commentary is far from informative in many cases. Much more... More

I had purposely reserved an airline ticket that gave me a long layover in Brussels- I had never visited the city before. Upon exiting the Brussels Centraal station, there were several buses waiting to pick up sightseers such as myself. The company's web site does not explain there are two bus lines- one within the city (including the E.U. Parliament)... More

Bad. Not a live guide like previous Hop-On tours I’ve done elsewhere. No instructions about which channel to dial for which language. At first, mine did not appear to work, so I switched seats. Long gaps in the commentary, so I wasn’t sure whether it was working. The connection seemed to cut out sometimes. I think the company has no... More

We enjoyed the tour and it was a great way to see parts of the city that we would not have been able to see in our 1 day in Brussels. It did seem that all they wanted to do was sell you a ticket. We had a hard time trying to find the bus stop from the man's directions... More

We paid 22 euros to do a hop on hop off tour of brussels using the city Sightseeing company which was valid for 24 hours. We picked up the bus at Place Louise and set off on a tour of about 12 stops. We sat on the top deck of the bus and took photos. The bus driver didnt really... More

There was hardly anyp commentary ( via headphone) on this awful tour, only rubbish music. The English translation was voiced by Bill Nighy (how long since he's had to do one of those, I wonder?) NOTHING was said at all when we stopped at the Atomium! Nothing on it's history, purpose, current attraction status. I think - the original commentary... More

We thought an open top bus sightseeing trip around Brussels was the best way to see the city as we've done in many other European Cities but this was AWFUL!!! The narration, via very uncomfortable headphones was uninformative, inaccurate and sounded to be 10 years out of date as it spoke about them going into the Euro soon as though... More

Stay away from this company. Their buses are only so-so and the headsets / communication systems are totally useless. There is only one route, despite what a driver tells you (we were told there were 4 before buying tickets). Worst part of our trip was this bus tour. More
