Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We passed by in a cab. Well we were stopped in traffic so we got a very good look at this huge building. It is the old courthouse with very important functions, people coming and going.

I was dissapointed with my visit although it is a huge lovely building that I bet will be worth the visit , I didn't get to see any of it .At the moment its coved up as it in under construction so we walked around to the corner to try see part of the palace only to see large portions of the building covered in graffiti .I do not recommend until construction is complete . The walk uphill can be taxing walking around all-day and there is nothing to do there bar go on a Ferris wheel which is overpriced at 10 euro per person .

Beautiful but is surrounded by scaffoldings at the moment. I'm really looking foward to come back there on a sunny day when the construction is done

This enormous structure, sitting atop a small hill in downtown Brussels, is Belgian's major courthouse. It is supposed to be an impressive building but scaffolding has covered almost all of the structure. Nothing much to see for tourists at this moment.

This a an enormous building placed in an important spot in town. Famous for its design and the architects who contributed, But now it is dark and dirty and under renovation. Does not look good.

The Palais de Justice is a very grand building that is still a functioning court building. Entry is free. You have to go through a security check but then you can wander round the building. The architecture is impressive but, other than wandering around the building, there is not a huge amount to see here. The building is under renovation so to access some parts you need to negotiate your way around the building works.

We did not go inside but appreciated the immensity of the building and the history - there is also a good viewpoint from “upper town” right here. We only wish the scaffolding were off to better appreciate the architecture

The Palace Of Justice Of Brussels is a wonderful looking building that's a must go destination if you're planning on visiting Brussels.
Constructed between 1866-1883 from designs from architect Joseph Joachim Benoit ,today it's considered the most important court buildings in Brussels.
Although still a magnificent looking building at present there's a major renovation scheme taking place ,even with the scaffolding the sheer beauty of this building shines through,it's a building easy to locate on Place Pielaert and well worth checking out if you're in the area

What could've been a gorgeous building is currently being renovated, so I wouldn't bother to visit it, for the time being.
