I went to Cantillon on an organized tour (www.beertour.be). The whole thing was fun, they have a very unique way of brewing beer which tastes great btw. they also have a museum neat by which is worth the visit more

Off --- off the beaten path (in a not so great neighborhood) you'll find the Cantillon Brewery.
