Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Although I never ventured into the museum, not sure it was open ,I did stop and admire this beautiful building.
Dominating Place De Palais ,it's a beautiful building ,sort of Neo Classical but to me more Brutalist style architecture which I enjoy , in the courtyard of this museum building is a splendid clock attached to the facade which looks amazing ,all in all it's a great building to check out if you're near Place De Palais or Mont Des Arts.

This building has changed "lives" over time, from hotel to museums and then museum again. Unfortunately we were unable to have a look inside and just admired it from the outside. It looks impressive, but as others have noted the clock is not really an amazing instrument or attraction in the way some others are. Still it's worth a brief look if you happen to be around.
