There were several tour groups there while we visited so we had difficulty taking our time but the art and archetecture were outstanding. They don't allow picture taking inside the cathedral but it's well worth a visit. More

You cannot visit Gent and NOT see the cathedral with the amazing Adoration of the Mystic Lamb. You pay to see this famous altarpiece and it might be a bit cramped but it is worth it.There is plenty to see apart from this in the cathedral which is free to enter. More
