The museum features permanent and temporary exhibitions, a shop dedicated to all things diamond-related, and offers its unique “Diamond Polishing Show” each day. « less

The visit takes about 30 min, plus about 30 min to attend a diamond cutting presentation. A full history of diamond mining, cutting tools, development from centrury to century. Then a very interesing presentation of diamond cutting with a sufficient commentary in French, Dutch and English. My daughter got a diamond dust! She is very proud! More

Interesting but not compelling. Entry fee is kind of on the high side and the presentation a bit 'mechanical'. Still, was interesting to find out how diamonds fit in Bruge history. More

I guess the most impressive diamonds will be in private or commercial collections so not surprised that there aren't any impressive rocks here. Still it was interesting to learn about the development of the many facets of diamond polishing (haha i'm so funny...) The souvenir shop didn't have any extraordinary diamond jewelries which is a shame. Also it was small... More

I can understand why this has recieved bad reviews as its quite small. And therefore expensive for what it is. But it is quite interesting and I know a lot more about diamond cutting now. And the diamond cutting demonstration was in multiple languages (for us English and french but I think they adjust for who's actually there as they... More

Very well presented show on diamond cutting and polishing. Involved the audience, 3 different languages, amusing. Disliked: no free samples and the fire exist was missing. More

We expected a little more. There is information on how diamonds made it to Bruges, who wore them and other very basic information on how they are made. 7 euros for 30 mins...a bit too much! More

This is a very poor little museum, it has a few interesting facts and some old diamond testing/polishing equipment. On the whole i thought it was pretty dull. We didnt get to see the Diamond polishing demonstration though. More

Small but good museum with an interesting history of the Flemish diamond trade. Some hands-on exhibits (cubic zircona, not real diamonds, sadly). More
