The nicest of the 3 beaches in Albufeira, the sun loungers have hand made parasols covering them. There are 3 or nice little restaurants beside the beach for a snack. The Tunnel down to the beach is great; it has been carved out of the rock & is lit up at night.

big flat beach, great for families. Quiet when we visited but still great for sitting, and lots of restaurants, bars etc close by. Lifeguards also on beach

The fishermans beach is a lovely strech of sand and has a good selection of good quality resaurants to choose from.
