Have been to Albufeira several times and always make it a point to visit `Erins Isle` a couple of times during our holiday. It is well run and usually does`nt attract the rowdy element but just good Irish, Scottish, Welsh, English, Portuguese and anybody else, people wanting a good sing-a-long or even getting up to perform `yerself`. This bar/complex caters for all your Irish needs , with live entertainment in two bars , a resturant , and a handy kiddies corner. If you fancy a guiness and a sing-along , Erin's Isle is great. Prices are pretty steep compared to other bars on the strip however and the food - although familiar - is very "microwave friendly"... more

I have visited the Albufeira area quite a few times in the last few years and have become quite familiar with the whole "strip" and its surrounding area. I must say that breakfast in Erins Isle cannot be beaten in my opinion. A breakfast there sets you up for the day. It could be that perhaps visitors from other countries... more

What a pub, what a welcome. The proprietor, Dave Madden must be the the most welcoming host in the whole of Portugal. Nothing is too much for him in his quest for total customer satisfaction. Give him my regards. Steve from Carmarthen. South Wales more
