I thought the Torre de Belem was interesting, but extremely crowded, not particularly evocative of Portugal's past, and in my humble opinion more attractive from the outside than from the inside. It could be made a lot more interesting if there were stories provided inside that gave some context to the Tower and interesting tales of things that had happened... more
