I walk my dog there regularly, stopping for a coffee at the kiosk beneath the Maltese embassy. The Tamariz restaurants and cafes are all good. The principal restaurant is a bit pricey - location obviously. Lots of eye candy! Jonas, 500m farther west is best value and very popular. More

Right in the centre of Estoril accessed by tunnel under the railway line with wide promenade with many bars and cafes along it and also a fitness trail.
