This is the most stunning, eclectic collection of 'stuff' I've ever seen. The museum is small enough to do in a couple of hours and was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon. We got a bit lost finding it - being directed by helpful locals to the right place but past 2 other buildings which we assumed were what... more

A real treasure. A mixture of antiquities from Egypt, Greece, Persia, China and others. Paintings and other art are also featured. The on-premisis cafeteria was reasonably priced with good quality food. A special Cartier exibit was also an unexpected treat. A first rate facility. more

The park is very pretty and relaxing, great for taking a load off after a lot of walking. There's a small amphitheatre, a small pond with ducks, and some funny and interesting scuplture.... more

This place is GREAT - the Einstein exhibition is extremely good. I'm intrigued by the geometric mural in the foyer - it is signed by Almada, but who is he/she? more

This is an incredible place, full of things of beauty. My favorites are the old European paintings - faces from the past looking right at you, coming to life. more

The Gulbenkian Museum (Museu Calouste Gulbenkian) is about 5 metro stops north of Restauradores, in a large park. There are two separate museums about 5 minutes apart: the Gulbenkian collection and the Museum of Modern Art. Combined ticket is 5 euros. Teachers and students get in free. Some attendants ask for identification, others just give you a free ticket if... more
