It's open! It is the same cost as a single bus journey (1.40 euros) but as I had an all-day metro/bus pass for 4.20 euros it was free. I certainly didn't fancy the walk! It ran later in the evening than the Elevador de Santa Justa, which closed at 7pm. more
Gloria isn't working at the moment - to get to Bairro Alto take the Elevador Santa Justa, or do as the locals did and walk up the side of the tracks! I did try this and it's definitely not for the faint hearted .... more
