On the way from Lisboa to Sintra a very interesting Palace to stop by. Previous Portuguese Royal Residence it is now a delight to everyone's eyes. The Palace is very interesting and the relation with the gardens makes it stunning. Decor and ambiance takes us back in time. Needs some restoration works. More

Palace is very nice and what it made even more special was the tour girl that was especially for me translating into 2nd language. Her tour was full of interesting stories and finished in garden. More

Each room has its own character and the furniture of the period is wonderful to behold. A guidebook and perhaps even better, a guide will help bring what you are seeing to life. We also loved walking around... More
