This is a spectacular walk along the peninsular with wonderful views from the cliff path. The vegetation is desert-like in stark contast with the rest of 'green' Madeira. More

Fully enjoyable, with undescribably beautiful scenery! Regretted not having more time on the Island to go for longer walking journeys. More

A stiff climb on occasion, especially at the end, but the entire walk was wonderful. Reminded me of a pilgrimage way, like Croagh Patrick, or Mt Sinai. This is a must see in Madeira, where you can enjoy the beautiful and stunning views and take great photographs. If you just want to relax, this is also a very good place. More

If you are a photographer and fairly active this walk is not to be missed! Around every corner you will find amazing scenery and incredible vistas! Bring plenty of water and go on a mild day...too much wind or heat would probably make this a very difficult trek! More

This is one of those places that are hard to describe, you just have to go and see it for yourself. Well worth the effort to get there. More

Fascinating walk along the peninsula with great views. The lanscape is very different to the rest of the island and you anjoy a fasciating cliff top walk with the atlantic ocean on both sides. It is very popular so you wont be alone but certainly worth doing if you enjoy a walk. More
