Its a big centre, in an old customs building, by the river. Usually there's great exhibitions for profissionals showing. Great place.

The place itself is really not worth a visit.
I visited the Alfandega, because I was attending a conference that took place there.
There seem to be temporary exhibitions, as during the conference, another part of the building housed an exhibition about the the Human Body.
