In early October we took the Barcadouro "Semenal A" all-day cruise up the Douro from Porto to Regua, with return that night by train to Sao Bento Station. The boat held about 120 people, with reserved seating below decks at tables of 6, so there is no scrambling for "best seats." We were seated with a Danish and a Brazilian... more
