The buses have a running commentary in most modern languages but there is the most awful music purporting to be Portugese folk singing which drowns out just about all commentary. Eventually you just get off to avoid the music.

We purchased tickets from local office. He strictly adviced us RED BUS as a best.
We waited at least 1 hour to change line 1 to line 2 instead of 30 minutes. At 5:00 PM driver came to up and told that he must go to his house and we should change the bus to another one.
