It is old beautiful and magical. It is incredible this is just a book store. Could almost be a museum to be visited. That this place has been used as inspiration for Harry Potter is just an anecdote. More

very cool shop, the freaky staircase is not to be missed, careful trying to walk down, it's a little disorienting! More

Magnificent red stairs!Stop by for a look ! They donnot allow photographs, since they are the only ones who sell postcards of the shop! Too pricey in my opinion..(14-18 euros for a bar of soap..5 euros for magnets, 7,50 euros for souvenir playing cards) Donnot expect a large variety of books. They have invested on the tourist groups that come daily... This library is huge and is an architect's masterpiece. Visit it even if you do not buy anything. Go up the steps and enjoy the book displays on each levels. Boa tarde! More
