Another one we visit every time we're in Athens. Super interesting if you're a historian (one of us is), and still a romantic spot if you are not. More

Went back to see this and glad I did. The theatre is not as well preserved but restoration work is underway. You can actually sit on many of the seats and looking back at the 'display/actors' area of the theatre is worth while to see the carving and imagine what it was like. Make the most of the free phamphlets... More

Worthwhile visit because of the historical value but probably, the authorities can consider making this more informative to attract more tourist Euros. More

The sculptured chair & reliefs are amazing, but compared to the restaration of the Odean this needs a lot more work. On the plus side you can sit on the marble steps a get a small feel of what it would have been like. More

A great chance to see one of the first and more ancient theatres in the world, where theatre was born.An amazing piece of art, created for the art will surprise you with the energy you feel, when being there.Lover of art or not, tragedy and comedy are part of our lives in such level, that it worths to see where they 'd become history!!!!!
