Went back to see this and glad I did. The theatre is not as well preserved but restoration work is underway. You can actually sit on many of the seats and looking back at the 'display/actors' area of the theatre is worth while to see the carving and imagine what it was like. You can do several sites in 4 days. Beware it closes Early at 3pm even though the travel books are saying otherwise! Maybe its because it's still consider low season so just inform yourself before you head out!

The sculptured chair & reliefs are amazing, but compared to the restaration of the Odean this needs a lot more work. On the plus side you can sit on the marble steps a get a small feel of what it would have been like.
