Not maintained, dirt all over, a shame for the town of Iraklio. But, at the other side of the street they found the means to build (or start to build) a new cultural center... Just clean and repair minor problems and this place was worth visiting. More

a beautiful walk on the venetian walls. green grass and the view of the blue sea underneath. of course there is no ticket to pay to climb the walls, it is totally free and u also get the chance to visit kazantzakis's grave. More

This so called "tomb" you can see on pictures - a stone + two wooden sticks (not even a proper cross). And that's it folks!
