The place is adeserted village, consisting of 10-20 ruined houses, one of which is the main bar, while the others are lightened from the inside, giving the impression of a haunted village. The bar opens around 11:00pm and there is a free bus from the port, that gets you there and picks you up every hour (or something like that).... More

this abandoned village is unique! the place is very quite as nobody leaves there... only small animals! its full of goats.. some of which are not so friendly though! it worths to be visited! More

Mikro horio was abandoned many years ago. Its inhabitants left the place for a better life. One of the most important sights to see on the island of tilos. Dont miss it. When in Tilos you have to visit Mikró Chorio - the abandoned village. Nobody lives in Mikró Chorio anymore. When people left the village to settle at the port of Livadia, they took anything - including the roofs - with them. Only left the stonewalls.
