Lovely place with a really nice athmosphere! We took the City Tour Bus up there (take the RED bus, NOT the yellow, by the way!!) and spent about 1½ hours walking around, looking, taking pictures and imagining what it must have looked like back in the days. The view is wonderful and the ruins are nice - but keep in... More

The Acropolis at Lindos and Lindos town are really a great place to see. If you do not feel like the long walk up you can hire a donkey/mule for 5 Euro, great for photo's. Great view when you reach the top. Well worth a visit More

This is Greece in a nutshell: a white acropolis, within medieval walls, towering above a ravising white village (Lindos) filled with curvy streets, small churches, great shops, intimate restaurants and bars. Going by boat from Rhodes town is a must, but to have more time visiting we returned by a later bus rather than going by sea again (otherwise the... More

Go if you have spare time and feel like walking. It's pretty far away to see a couple of ruins. More
