This church has been through many changes, even being a Muslim place of worship at one time. The museum in the crypt is very good and has some beautiful and fascinating pieces. More

This is the biggest church in Thessaloniki and one of the biggest basilicas in Europe, devoted to the city's patron saint. It was built upon a roman church and was destroyed several times. Underneath of the church, lie the catacombs, where the first Christians met.Lovely place to visit. More
